Well today is my last day of highschool. 13 years of school, and finally it's over. It's a tradition at my school (and I'd imagine many others) to get your shirt signed by all your friends. So during the day I did the rounds, left my mark on them as they did on me. But I didn't read them untill I got home.

And then when I did, I cried.

I hadn't really noticed how many great friends I have from school, and the messages they left me where truly touching. Really personal messages, not just the "You're cool. Good luck with life" sort of things, but messages that just captured our relationship. At that moment I realised how much I'll really miss these people that I've really taken for granted the last 5 years or more.

So I would like to send a little message out to all those people still in highschool. Get to know everyone. You may find people that really change your life, people who you become the best of friends with. Don't let your shyness get in the way of that. And don't pick on people, or put them down, because under different curcumstances you may have gotten on well. Just really make the most of it all, because even though you might not think it now (I know I didn't) you look back on these times and cherish them.
